1、Market analysis.  To communicate with the clients and exchange the information about the import products; to confirm the basic information about the inspection and VAT/Tariff; To make the detailed plans for import.

2、Contract. The clients will sign the import contract with foreign companies, as well as the agency agreement with HJC company.

3、Settlement. To pay, declare the customs, deliver and storage the products. The declaration includes documents check, documents exchange, submission, inspections, tariff, pickup, delivery, and invoice issuance.

Remark: given a lot of procedures for custom clearance, enough time preparation and complete documents are needed to ensure the success. The complication, time and cost are also determined by the different products and the articles of the contract.
